On 19 August, I’ll be leading a workshop where we will create postcards while reflecting on the meaning of home.
Rather than a place, I approach home as a collection of memories, emotions, rituals, and connections that continue to shape us over time. Together, we’ll explore what creates a sense of belonging by making postcards that invite reflection and reconnection with a person, a place, or a memory that is meaningful to each participant.
At the end of the workshop, participants will take their postcards home, with the option of sending them to anyone they wish.
Art materials will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own materials, photographs, or other images that represent home to you.
